Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order for special reason, please check the notice below:
Please contact customer service via Email: info@olaola.com to enquire about your order status.
1. For orders that have not yet been shipped, we can cancel them. We receive your email for cancellation on working days.
2. For orders that have already been shipped, we cannot cancel them.
Pls notice: if your package has already been shipped out at weekends or holidays, it can't be cancelled any longer, even if you have sent an email for cancellation before that. Thanks for understanding!
