Return & Refund Policy

If you need return or refund service after reciving your package, please send an email to our customer service at info@olaola.comWe will reply to you within 2 working days. We will need:

  • Please provide your order number, description of the issue(with clear pics attached if possible)
  • Return shipping costs shall be based on the actual fees estimated by your local post office. Our return address is as follows:

  • Note: If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service center first. We will provide you with important instructions. Returns and exchanges are only valid after confirmation from our customer service center.

RETURN POLICY

  • You can return items within 30 days after delivery. 
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged and in its original condition.
  • We are responsible for the following defects returned within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received.
  • If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.

 EXCHANGE & REFUND

You are guaranteed to obtain a refund or an exchange once we have received your return. 

Once we have agreed to your refund request, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds will also be made through PayPal if you paid with PayPal, or if you paid with a credit card, we will also refund the money back to the card you used in the same way.

SHIPPING FEES

  • If you receive a damaged/defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs
  • OLAOLA is not liable for shipping fees under the following circumstances: Garment doesn't fit; Customer has changed mind or dislikes the item.

PACKAGE RETURNED

  • Please tell us the tracking number after you have returned an item.
