I got the brown gingerbread man version of this hooded blanket. I laughed so hard when I saw it -- it's hilarious! I actually wear it fairly often as a robe now that the weather's getting colder. THE BAD: It says it's washable (and it is) but it is line dry only and takes a while to dry completely because it's thick and fluffy. I needed to wash it before wearing because it did fuzz up quite a bit. The care instructions tag is huge and a thick plastic-y material so every now and then I fight with it -- it's sewn into the seam, so I'm debating how to cut it out. The plastic buttons have hard edges so I'll probably remove them. And the green bow tie at the top of the zipper just doesn't do it for me and is often in the way when curled up reading -- I'll probably try to remove that as well. THE GOOD: It's washable (but see note above about drying), it's CRAZY warm, it's super soft, the pockets are very big, it's very roomy, you can zip yourself up in it so there are no drafts. I'm not a small person (5'2" 195 lbs) but two of me could easily fit inside this when zipped up. Note -- the description talks about a large front pocket for remotes plus two handwarming pockets, but there are only the two handwarming pockets. I actually wore this on Halloween because it was chilly and we were outside, so I got a two-fer of a costume and warmth! My husband busts out laughing when he sees me wearing this, but I assume he'll get used to it because I'll be wearing this (probably with a couple modifications) all winter!
